Carbon pushers for glass tare manufacture

We offer carbon pushers of different types for glass plants. Pushers are made or two different kinds of material, such as high strength graphite with low thermal conductivity, and the second one is the composite one. Carbon-carbon composite material (СССM) comparing to the other graphite materials obtains higher strength characteristics, higher thermal leap tolerance and certain other advantages.

Our enterprise produces workpieces and end products made of them according to the customer’s scratches. Some of them, particularly chasing tool pushers cover has high demands concerning manufacturing accuracy, which are reached using high accuracy equipment of our enterprise.

Thermostable graphite rolls and brushes

The enterprise has set up the production of thermostable graphite rolls, which are used in manufacturing of different materials, which are manufactured by continuous method (metals, polymers, glass). Maximum operation temperature for this kind of items is 650°C in acidic media and up to 3000°C in neutral media.

Our company has set up production of thermostable graphite brushes of slag chamber timber of burning own for float-glass manufacturing. High operating temperature in the chamber (600-620 °C) does not allow to use common constructional graphites, because they start burn in oxidative media under the temperature higher than 450°C. We have developed for this purpose CY 9 thermostable material with maximum operating temperature about 650°C. It obtains high physic-technical properties thus it’s durability is higher than durability of similar ones produced by concurrent manufacturers.
