Antifriction graphites AG-2500, AG-1500

LEG Ltd, in addition to material AG-1500, releases its analogue - the material AG-2500. On physical and mechanical characteristics of the material AH-2500 has no equal in the former Soviet Union.

These materials are used for the manufacture node of friction for machines and units, operating without lubrication or with smoothly varying loads, such as seal rings for turbine expansion unit shafts (operating environment - nitrogen), plain bearings and mechanical seal rings of centrifugal pumps (operating environment - liquid gas, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, fuel oil), seal rings hydropumps (operating environment - oil), and others.

Recommended counterbodi materials for material AG-2500, AG-1500 and its parts: steel of all grades and hardness, chrome plating; 

Recommended specific pressure is (10-15) kPa, the maximum peripheral velocity is - 25 m/s.

Permissible operating temperature of products from materials AG-2500 and AG-1500 is as follows:

in an oxidizing atmosphere (400-450) ° C;

in reducing and neutral atmosphere (2300-2500) ° C.
